The FermZilla is a new conical PET fermenter that is now available in Canada. It can withstand pressures up to 2.4 Bar, thanks to the use of specialized plastic and a new type of injection/blow moulding machine. This fermenter includes several improvements over its predecessor, the Fermentasaurus. These improvements include a larger dump valve and opening, as well as a reduced headspace for easier purging of oxygen. The use of clear plastic allows brewers to see the yeast in action and easily clarify beer. The FermZilla also allows for natural carbonation and direct dispensing, eliminating the need for additional equipment. Each unit comes with an Adjustable Easy Opening Tool.

Please note: Tanks may need a hydro test before use. Check the Hydro Test instructions for important information on how to safely perform a Hydro Test on a FermZilla tank that is nearing the certification date.
Fermenter tank may arrive with small dents or impressions. These are normal and will level out with use.
Also note: To ferment under pressure, you will need the FermZilla Conical Fermenter Pressure Kit (sold separately).
