The FermZilla All Rounder Fermenter is made from a specialized PET grade plastic and is designed for fermentation under pressure. It does not have a dump valve like the FermZilla Conical Fermenter, but it can handle a pressure rating of 2.5 Bar. This fermenter allows you to ferment under pressure, perform pressure transfers, and even carbonate and serve directly from the fermenter. It has a large 4 3/4" opening for easy cleaning and visibility of the fermentation process.

Please note: Tanks may need a hydro test before use. Check the Hydro Test instructions for important information on how to safely perform a Hydro Test on a FermZilla tank that is nearing the certification date.
Fermenter tank may arrive with small dents or impressions. These are normal and will level out with use.
Also note: To ferment under pressure, you will need the FermZilla Conical Fermenter Pressure Kit (sold separately).
