The FermZilla is an evolution of the Fermentasaurus, and this Tri-Clover version is the new and updated 3.2 model, making its debut in Canada.
This unique conical PET fermenter is fully pressurizable up to 2.4 Bar working pressure, made possible through the use of highly specialized PET grade plastic and innovative PET injection/blow molding technology.
The FermZilla Tri-Conicals offer numerous improvements over the standard version, harnessing the advantages of tri-clover hardware and equipment. The bottom of the FermZilla features a 3" tri-clover ferrule that accommodates the newly redesigned tri-clover dump valve. What sets this new 3.2 version apart is the redesigned collection container, which attaches directly to the dump valve, eliminating the need for the old 2" tri-clover harvest adapter. This streamlines the system, making it more sanitary and user-friendly.
The use of crystal-clear plastic allows homebrewers to have a full view of the vessel and observe the yeast in action. You can easily dump yeast from the conical and clarify beer without needing to transfer it to another vessel. This consolidation of fermentation, clarification, and carbonation into one vessel reduces the need for additional equipment, minimizing the risk of infection and oxidation.
One standout feature of the FermZilla is its ability to naturally carbonate beer directly within the vessel, enabling direct dispensing. This eliminates the need for additional carbonation in kegs or bottles.

Please note: Tanks may need a hydro test before use. Check the Hydro Test instructions for important information on how to safely perform a Hydro Test on a FermZilla tank that is nearing the certification date.
Also note: To ferment under pressure, you will need the FermZilla Conical Fermenter Pressure Kit (sold separately).
