Place your 18 lb turkey on the poultry rack and then immerse in the hot oil. This 30-quart turkey fryer will have your bird cooked in as little as 45 minutes. You can use the seasoning injector to add flavouring to your turkey, keep an eye on the temperature with the 12" probe thermometer and then take the turkey out safely using the poultry grabbing hook.
The commercial-grade 20-gauge aluminum stockpot may be used for more than frying turkeys; it can also be used as a steam pot or for making preserves.
