This 32 Quart, Stainless Steel Turkey Fryer Set With a Basket is very versatile. Not only can it be used for frying a chicken or turkey using the perforated poultry rack and skewers, but the large basket allows you to fry many other items and remove them by using the handle to lift the basket out of the hot oil.

The perforated basket sits on the indentation around the top of the pot, so if you want, you can also use this set for steaming, boiling or preserving. The included lid is vented, allowing the steam to escape.

The maximum cooking oil capacity is 22 quarts, and you can clip the fryer thermometer onto the pot so that you can keep an eye on the oil temperature.

As with most pots, we recommend you purchase this product by itself. Shipping items inside the pot increases the chance of damage during shipping. We will ship items inside the fry pot if you want. But we can not assume liability for any damage if you choose to do so.
