Brass 3/8" Barb to 1/2" Female NPT
The Brass Barb is a versatile connector designed to connect 3/8" tubing to 1/2" Female NPT.
This is the same as the 3/8" 10 1/2" Male NPT, but, perhaps unsurprisingly, using a female fitting. Either one is going to help you out.
