Well, if you look at the commercial offerings, there is certainly a large number of nut-flavoured craft beers that taste great. However, not all of them use actual hazelnuts to get that distinct flavour and aroma. In many cases, that hazelnut character stems from the use of natural flavour extracts.

Usage: Add 1 oz per gallon and sample, adding more until you reach the taste you want.
