If you're looking for a totally hygienic wort chiller, check out this Stainless Steel Convoluted Counterflow Wort Chiller with 1.5" Tri-Clover fittings. You'll need to use TC clamps and gaskets when connecting your wort and water intakes and outlets.
To make things easier, the straight wort inlet/outlet is for your wort, while the angled inlet/outlet is for your cold water, so you can remember the flow direction.
