The 6" stainless steel thermowell is compatible with any standard sized 1/2" female NPT fitting. It spans a total length of 7 1/2", with the probe section reaching 6" into your kettle, ensuring sufficient reach without getting in the way of your brewing. The probe has an inner diameter of 3/16" and an outer diameter of 1/4".
