The FTSs (Fermentation Temperature Stabilization System) is equipped with a precision digital temperature controller that is used in conjunction with a stainless steel immersion chiller. This chiller is attached under the lid of the brewing system. The FTSs continuously monitors the temperature of the brew buckets' contents.
With this system, you have the flexibility to determine the settings for crashing cooling or lagering your beer. The immersion chiller coil can be used with either hot water or cold water, depending on your specific brewing needs.
