These gin chips offer that traditional flavour along with lavender, juniper, and floral. During the secondary fermentation process of a 5-gallon batch, add 2 ounces of chips and steep for 5 days. Then, for a stronger gin flavour, steep 5 more days.

The chips are sanitized before packaging and ready for use.
