Rum Barrel Chips - 4 oz (113 g)

A well-aged rum barrel would be hard to come by these days. Brewers Best has introduced rum barrel chips to steep in the beer in the second fermentation stage to capture the tradition of the barrel.

Two ounces of chips for five gallons of beer should achieve the required results or steep 10 days in total for a stronger flavour. Place the chips into a muslin bag to keep the chips from leaking into the brew.

Store any remaining chips in a sealed container.
