Escarpment Labs Brett D Yeast
Escarpment Labs' Brett D strain exhibits strong pineapple esters and a substantial dose of funk. This yeast can be utilized in both primary and secondary fermentation processes. When used in secondary fermentation, it adds an extra fruity and funky dimension to your beer. It pairs exceptionally well with hops when co-pitched with clean ale strains, resulting in quicker production of Brett IPAs. This yeast is a perfect choice for American Wild Ale, European Sour Ale, and Lambic beer styles.
