Escarpment Labs presents their Belgian Fruity Wit, a special strain with berry esters that offers a fruitier profile compared to traditional Wit strains. The moderate flocculation ensures the classic Witbier haze. This yeast is ideal for brewing Witbier, Belgian Blond Ale, and other Belgian styles.
