  • $6.99

Originating from Belgium, the Wit-Style ale yeast displays reduced ester and phenol production compared to traditional hefeweizen strains like LalBrew Munich Classic. Its neutral nature makes it versatile for various wheat beer styles. This yeast's foundation of banana and spice aromas allows for the addition of more distinct spices commonly found in Belgian-Style beers.

It is traditionally used in brewing Belgian Witbier, American Wheat, Berliner Weiss, Gose, Hefeweizen, Dunkelweis, and Weizenbock.

For optimal results, Wit-Style Ale Yeast should be used within a fermentation temperature range of 17-22°C.
