Briess 2-row Malt is made from American-grown 2-row barley that delivers a very peculiar flavour reminiscent of traditional English ales. Due to the lower protein content and a slightly alkaline character of the grain, this malt delivers a crisper and a more malt-driven character to the beer; use it for balancing hop-forward styles such as Pale Ales and IPAs.
