CaraFoam by Weyermann is a very light caramel malt that adds body, improves head formation and stability, and delivers a pleasant caramel flavour. Compared to another light crystal malt from the same producer – Carapils – this malt is defined by the same light colour but with a more pronounced flavour and better contribution to foam retention.
