With dozens upon dozens of types of special caramel malts, it’s fairly easy to imbue the beer with a distinct taste of caramel, with various sub-types available for obtaining different colours and flavours.
However, sometimes a brewer needs an extra kick, a bit more than the conventional Caramel malts have to offer. In cases like these, it’s always handy to have Brewer’s Best All Natural Caramel Flavouring in your brewing inventory.
Usage: Add 1 oz per gallon and sample, adding more until you reach the taste you want.
