All Natural Tangerine Flavouring - 4 fl oz (118 ml)
Getting hints of tangerine is a very common thing in a number of beer styles. Many modern Pale Ales and IPAs tend to feature notes of tangerine and other citrus fruits in their palate thanks to certain fruit-forward hop varieties.
In beers like Hefeweizen and Belgian Witbier the distinct citrus flavour can be derived either from yeast or special dried peel that is added during the boil. Either way, the resulting flavour can easily be identified as tangerine, but rarely does it have the true taste and aroma of ripe tangerines.
If you’re aiming for a truly intense flavour, it’s best to use a natural flavouring.
Usage: Add 1 oz per gallon and sample, adding more until you reach the taste you want.
