CHS Premium Cider Yeast

This premium yeast is included in the Cider House Select kits. It is an excellent cider yeast, with high ester production, making for exceptional flavour.

The packet also contains a small amount of yeast nutrients to help ensure high-quality cider.

Please note: All Cider House Select kits need 2 pounds of Dextrose (Corn Sugar) added during fermentation to reach their full alcohol potential.
