Nukatap Stainless Steel Counter Pressure Bottle Filler
The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is a convenient solution for filling bottles from a carbonated keg while minimizing foam and CO2 loss. This prevents sediment from settling at the bottom of the bottle and reduces exposure to oxygen, resulting in a longer shelf life for your bottled beer.
Designed to fit seamlessly into your Nukatap, Intertap, or other forward sealing faucet, this bottle filler allows you to fill bottles directly from the tap. It is compatible with CO2 using 5/16" (8mm) Polyethylene Tubing and the included Duotight fitting. Alternatively, you can utilize one of the Ball Lock Adapters to connect gas using a Ball Lock Quick Disconnect.
If space is limited underneath your draft tower, you have the option to replace the push-in spout with a Duotight adapter. When configured with Duotight hardware, you can directly connect Polyethylene Tubing to the filler or the Ball Lock Post Adapter and use a Ball Lock Jumper. Unlike other bottle fillers on the market, the Nukatap Bottle Filler offers various connection types that can adapt to your specific setup.
The telescopic filling stem of this bottle filler can accommodate multiple bottle sizes, up to 500ml. It is recommended to fully extend the stem and insert it until it reaches the bottom of your bottle. Purge the bottle with CO2 and then press the stem down to form a tight seal.
Prior to bottling, ensure that your beer is below 2°C and that the pressure on your regulator is slightly higher than the equilibrium pressure of the beer (typically around 12-14psi). Use CO2 to create a cushion at the bottom of the bottle to prevent oxygen exposure to the beer. Once pressurized, you can start dispensing beer from your Nukatap faucet, allowing it to flow into the bottle. When the bottle is nearly full, open the release valve on the side to further fill the bottle with beer.
Once the bottle is full, turn off the gas line, close your Nukatap faucet, remove the filler, cap the bottle, and enjoy!
All components that come into contact with the beer are constructed from stainless steel, food-grade plastic, or silicone.
