Belgian Style Saison Ale Yeast Blend - WLP 568

Belgian Saison is a very complex beer style. To make things even more interesting and intriguing, the wizards in White Labs have done the obvious thing by mixing several Ale and Saison strains to produce the WLP568 Saison Yeast Blend. As a result, the blend delivers a very complex mix of spicy phenols and fruity esters to produce well-balanced beers with rich flavour profiles that will suit Belgian Saisons and beers from a broader range of styles.

WLP568 delivers excellent attenuation and hefty alcohol tolerance, making it a good choice for Belgian Abbey beers of all types, Dark Strong Ales, Witbiers, and Blond Ales, plus many others.
