This Alembic Domed Distillation Lid is designed for use with the 35L BrewZilla and AlcoEngine stills. It works as a catalyst, enhancing and concentrating the flavours and aromas of the distillate, as well as removing unwanted sulfur compounds. This results in a smoother, richer, and sweeter tasting liquor.
